Questions regarding Visit visa

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen and currently living in UK for more than year now and I'm planning to arrange family visit visa for my parents. My father is retired government employee and receives the pension also he has residential and agricultural properties on his name.

As a sponsor, I will be covering their accommodation, travel, living expenses whilst they in UK.

I have few questions on my parents visa appln:

71 WHAT IS THE COST TO YOU PERSONALLY OF YOUR TRIP IN GBP(£)? 0 [As I am sponsor can I say '0' here]
72 THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU HAVE FOR THIS TRIP ? [Do I need specify any amount here, If I put '0' here would that be acceptable. They have Rs 3Lakhs amount in their bank account but that was recently transferred by me. How can I make this amount be accepted by ECO]

please advise.
