Looking to form an entrepreneurial team

Hi,
I'm looking for people developing ideas in art, art dealership, photography and cultural domain in general.
I'm on a T1GE visa and will be switching to T1E this year. My initial idea doesn't seem to be working as I expected, so I'm playing with several ideas now and looking for a business partner (as well as someone to form an entrepreneurial team to switch to T1E).
