Post by muffin07 » Mon May 16, 2016 4:01 pm

Fellow members.

Im in dire need of your advice pkease. I made a very costly mistake. For some stulid reason.I thought my visa expired 30april but it expured 3april.I quickly sent it off 6 April.its for e tension of flr(fp) based on mother of british child with sole responsibility
I have no way to feed at all.not claiming benefits.I know UKBA have their rules but pls is there a way for me to get proof for a right to work as im solely responsible for my 2yr old pls.Is there any case I can present.iv submitted through a lawyer bht he seems to be a bit nonchalant. Im also just 6 monthsinto my 10year stay I. The uk.

Ive not even received my biometric letter so it seems it could be a long wait for the visa

Please advise

Not quite sure you'll have much success here OP. Even an appeal (if such an appeal for 3c leave?) would to be lodged, was a change recently that clamped down on the resurrection of 3C leave from out of time appeals (we were on the negative end of a UKVI error here), https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... ave-v6.pdf specifically, Section 3C leave ends when the person does not appeal or seek permission to appeal within the relevant time limit even if the relevant Tribunal accepts the appeal or the application for permission to appeal out of time. Once section 3C leave has come to an end it cannot be resurrected. This is because section 3C leave exists only where it is a seamless continuation of leave, either extant leave or section 3C leave. Where there is a break in that leave, for example because section 3C leave has come to an end, section 3C leave cannot be resurrected.

What's your lawyer advising you?
