FLR(FP) with British child

Hi I'm going to apply for FRL (FP) as I have a child and British spouse in UK I came with spouse visa from 2013 and my visa run out 30/05/16 I can't apply for FRL (M) because the financial. The question in the form " how it would affect your child if your visa refused? How should I answer my baby only 1 year old? Can you help please

I was going to use the FRL (M) form but have problem about the financial so my husband phone the immigration and ask what should we can do so they suggested to use this form FRL(FP) but I don't know how to answer the question as above

You should satisfy EX.1(a):
