RTI FPS OR P46 & P45

Dear Members,

I am noticing that the applicants are using form P45 & P46 along with FPS or RTI for their extension application. Could anyone tell me about there is any requirement by HO to submit P45 & P46 along with FPS.

Or Submitting the FPS should be fine.

• Submitting only FPS is fine.
• You need to submit the FPS which shows the starting date of the employees and all the other FPS covering the 12 months of job creation which you want to claim for extension.
• Along with FPS you need to submit the Payslips of the relevant period.

FPS report is enough however if someone left your company you need to provide their P45 as well. P46 is not used any more

If I show my P45 and one FPS report that shows the start date. Do I need to show all the FPS for the whole period?

FPS is mandatory for full 12 months. but if you can P45 and P11 , i would suggest send them too. you cannot go wrong there.
