father visit visa application refused

hi guys,

i applied for my father visit visa 3 times but refused, in first 2 applications eco mentioned they are satisfied with the sponsor only concerns they had were where the money came from in applicant's account, which i explained in my last application along with some documentry evidence but unfortunately they even refused after that with some shocking refusals like " IF THE SPONSOR IN UK IS LIVING LEGAL"? i cant believe this, i provided all my documents visa status work and family information even after that so BIG mistake by ECO... Second point raised by him was "IF THE WIFE AND DAUGHTER OF THE APPLICANT IS LIVING WITH HIM AT SAME ADDRESS IN PAKISTAN" again its a mistake from their end when we already submitted pakistan national ID cards they should have checked and matched the addresses on the back of those cards, they are all same.

Can anyone guide what we can do in such a situation where we dont get right of appeal or administrative review option..? Judicial review or what..?

Appeal may be difficult or impractical for visitor entry clearances. JR is probably more expensive than a new application, unless you can claim back all the costs. AR is not available.

Try writing to the ECO/ECM saying that all the evidence addressing the ECO's doubts had already been supplied. List the evidence that were supplied. Therefore, it would be reasonable for them to grant the visa.
