Re; right of access to child

Post by reneelee » Thu May 19, 2016 11:33 am

Hello,
this is my first time on this platform.
I have a 15yr old child resident in the Uk with DLR till Sept 2017, I have sole responsibility on this child from birth till date. I left her with my friend, while making an urgent trip back to my home country, my daughter was still in school at that time, I fell sick and was unable to return to Uk until my PBS T4 visa expired. I have been refused visiting visa three times. my daughter was taken into care by LA under Child Act 1989 and has just returned back to her carer (my Friend) on supervision order by the court recently. I was legally represented all through the court process that lasted for about six month. The LA is still of the view that her carer might struggle to care for my daughter along side her own kids, and that I can resume the care of my daughter if am able to return to uk / secure a LR / get positive assessment. I do not want my daughter to be a Look After child... am I eligible under right of access to child entry clearance, since I have been denied visiting visa thrice. I have not seen my child for three years and we have missed each other so much.
