ILR APPLICATION - IDENTIFYING APPLICATION DATE

Dear Sirs,
My name is Ali, I came in the UK in 2001 with my wife. Our first child born in 2002 and 2011 Home office granted us DLR on the basis of the child age was about 8 years. Again Home office granted further DLR in 2014 for three years. Now I am convicted on Domestic Violence hitting my wife and court has given me one year community order in March 2016. I am not allowed to see my children my next family court hearing is on 19/09/16. Cafcass already has recommended me that I can write one letter a month to my children. My DLR is going to be expired in June 2017. Do you think Home office will grant me further DLR or not?
