Flr visa application

Post by Denizdevrim » Fri May 20, 2016 10:33 am

Hi my husband went to Croydon home office on the 6th of may to renew his spouse visa, I had lost my passport, so I couldn't enclose this in application, as I stated on the form, and when he went there they told him he has to pay for the NHS surcharge, we are reapplying under old rules his first visa was granted before 2012, so any way he had 10 days to pay the 500 pound, to which we have done now, I have sent my passport to them that arrived the Monday morning directly after his visit to the home office, I have sent it to them and a letter supporting the visa was sent the following day, not I phoned up a few days ago to find directions out what's happening and where his visa is as we paid for premium service, we have a case number but she's told me can take 8 weeks from the day he went? I thought premium was I start with in a few hours like it was last time, Andy idea on how I can find out progress of this, as we are due to go on holiday on the 26th June and we need his visa and our documents including passports back thanks .

Unfortunately when a decision isn't made on the day at the PSC the application will join the postal queue, at the premium fee.
The pending application will only be given priority or a premium fee refund if there has been a UKVI system failure, as occurred recently.
