OCI Application Advice

Hi,

Me and my brother are planning a one month trip to India and would both like to get an OCI before then. My mother has an OCI so we will be applying on the behalf of her.

Looking on the website, in order to apply, we need both of our parents details, however my Dad does not have an OCI will this cause any issues?.

Or do we need to get an OCI for my Dad first before me and my brother can apply for one?, or should applying on the behalf of one parent be enough?
