Hi everyone,
As many of you, I am starting to think about what happen in case of Brexit and would really appreciate some advice.
I am a Romanian citizen, have been living in the UK for almost 6 years now. First two I was an au pair/ worked, got my registration certificate (which only attests that I have no restrictions on employment - Blue Card) in April 2012, then started studying full time in September 2012. I am still completing a master's degree as we speak.
Now, I have read extensively from this website and gathered that I will be rejected when applying for Permanent Residency as I did not have CSI (if only I'd known ). Does anyone know if the registration certificate makes would make any difference to my application i.e. would I not need to submit evidence of CSI?
Thanks so much!
Thanks so much!
