Tier 2 General and driving offence

Dear all
Please guide me
My background
-currently in Tier 2 General finishing in June 20 ,2016
- got COS from other sponsor

My problem
- had 3 fixed penalty points as was driving on learning license with nobody with me with valid license .This was in Oct 2014.paid penalty.No longer driving since then.

My query -
I am worried will I be refused the extension of my Tier 2 .

Please reply ASAP and help.

As long as you are honest in declaring the offence in your application, I don't see your extension application getting rejected due to this.
