URGENT spouse visa

Hello I am trying to find the correct form to fill out for spouse visa.

My wife is Chinese and I can not find the online application form for family of a settled person visa. It keeps taking me too the visit visa application form. Can anyone help with this its urgent and needs to be done today or tomorrow.

We will apply for our visa tomorrow! I am stumped by two parts of the vaf4a form. The part about employment asking if I am temporary or permanent. I work as a contractor for an umbrella company have currently been working for them for 6 months with 6 months left. I work full time. Would this come under temporary?

Also when asks for the documents of people living in the same house as you in this case my family my sister currently has no passport how would I go about filling this part in?
