Hi i would like to ask a question. I have applied for study visa for uk but it was refused paragraph 320 7A i did apeal as well but refused.ive heard its 10 years band that but i would like to know can i apply for family visa and satlement visa

What was the reason for the refusal?

I gave my case to an agent but he put fake bank statement without telling me And that agent went to jail because of frauds but he spoiled my case
