Cooling Off Period

My Tier2 Visa finishes on 11th of June and since my employer has decided not to sponsor my extension, I unfortunately have to leave back for India.

However there are a few interviews in process where I might get a positive reply (but surely not before 11th June), so my question is a follows

1- If I apply from India for a new Tier2 visa, do I have a cooling off period?
2- Is there any way the new company can hire and get me to UK (ICT or any other Visa) so that I dont get a break in my application for ILR in 2 years.

What is your current T2 visa category?

Irrespective whether your visa is T2 Long term ICT OR T2 General visa, once you move back to India, a cool-off of 12 months will apply before you can apply for another T2 visa.

Is there any other way I can come back to U.K. On a visa that can be counted towards ILR within next 3 months if I get a job?
