Urgent Advice on English Language Requirement

Hello

I have to apply for Tier 2 general this week. I received my UKNARIC certificates on English Language requirements and degree.
I want to know that do I have to submit the Medium of Instruction Certificate in original too while submitting the VISA documents along with UK NARIC certificates. ( I only have a scan copy of MoI certificate)

Please also guide if the Maintenance certified by sponsor is enough.

I request if anyone who already got the VISA can respond
