Self Employed Company Letter

Good morning....... Hope you are all well.

I work part time as a delivery driver for a small company delivering letters and I am about to apply for my PR.
I will apply as a self employed.

Could someone help me with an example of letter I can ask for the company to write for me to send with my application please.....?
As this is a very small company and they never did a letter like this, they asked me to give them an example but I dont know either kkkk.

Hope someone can help me.
