Spouse visa with British wife

I'm on spouse visa my wife is British and on carer allowance she is getting income support,DLA,child tax credit,housing benefit,council tax benefit
We live in a council property at the moment I'm job less and not claiming any benefit . My concern is regarding council tax as it is on both of us Name (jointly claim )
My second extension of spouse visa in next couple of month. Does has any negative effect on my spouse visa extension
I will be great full for any reply
