TIER 1 EXTENSION IHS HEALTH SURCHARGES? URGENT HELP

Please any one let me know ASAP how much i have to pay for the IHS Surcharges?

Applying for the Tier 1 Extension and i believe the Surcharges are £200 per year..Correct?

there is no option who let me pay £200.

please see the following details below and advise if you can and will be appreciated.....

When i have selected the choice Tier 1 for the above question, the choices populated in the drop down list for the next question are as follows;

WHEN I CLICK ON THE TIER 1 ENTERPENEUR IT GOES TO £600 FOR 2 YEARS
PLEASE ADVISE WHICH SELECTION I NEED TO SELECT AND PAY £400 FOR MY TIER 1 EXTENTION.

Every year costs £200 but there is no option for extension unfortunately. So you have to pay £600 even for your extension but then after your visa is processed, they will refund £200 back to you.
