Passport lost with spouse visa - vignette

Hi,
I have lost my passport with uk spouse visa in it abroad in Pakistan. I just want to know how can i get it again. Do i need to apply again? Do i need all the supporting documents again to apply again?

If you have a valid BRP, then I'm not sure that you have to replace the vignette.
