This is my first post in this forum, so first of all I'd like to say hi to everyone and thanks for all the useful information!

My question is about the posibility of getting a Critical Skills Work Permit once I'm inside the country. I currently live in Argentina, and I've seen many job offers (SW Dev related) that in some cases require to have a personal interview. Therefore, I'd like to know if it's possible to go there with a valid short term visitor visa, and seek for a job once I'm there.

Has anyone of you guys done something like this? Or do you even know if it is possible or there is a specific restriction to do so?
