FLR (M) Accommodation requirement

Post by knowledge_seeker » Tue May 24, 2016 8:45 pm

My wife is applying for her FLR (M) next month. For the proof of accommodation that it's suitable for a couple, do we need to provide tenancy agreement or a letter from Letting agent would suffice? We are living in a spacious studio flat, and have no kids. Would that be regarded as overcrowded?
Thanks

Preferably tenancy agreement, or letter from Letting Agency as an alternative.
Studio flat is fine.

Thanks for your reply Casa. Actually our 6 months tenancy agreement expired back in Jan 2016. We are on monthly rolling contract. So i assume a Letter from Letting agent confirming studio apartment is adequate for two people will be enough? Or do you suggest otherwise or anything additional to this?
Thanks

Rolling tenancies are common and a letter from the letting agent confirming this and that you are the sole occupants of the studio flat will be acceptable.
