My name is John..I came to UK first time on ICT T2 Short term visa in Aug 2014, went back after a year and came back again on ICT T2 long term. My wife also came with me as dependant first on ICT T2 Short term and then on ICT T2 long term. I am still in Uk and planned to go back to my home country in August 2016. (because of 24 month rules)
Question:
My wife is working here as ICT dependant visa gives her right to work and her employer is A listed sponsor and is ready to sponsor her T2 gen visa under job code 3538 new entrant salary 22,200 and experienced 27,500. My wife works for 32.5 hours in a week. Can you please let me know what is minimum salary which needs to be quoted on COS?
