Applying for FLRO please advice

Hello everyone,

We came in uk sep2009(me my wife and my four old son) on student visa.we get extension in 2011 .than apply again for student visa in 2014 and get refused.we did appeal FTT than UTT.and get refused.last week I got last latter from UTT for refusal.
I want to apply for FLRO in two weeks time. Please I need advice following question.

1.If I got refuse do I get chance for appeal or JR And if not can I still ask for appeal
2.In sep2016 will be 7 year can I apply for FLR(FP) after refusal for FLRO.
3.my 3c will break in 3 weeks. Am I count as overstayer after that?

Why was the T4 visa refused?

On what grounds are you applying for FLR(O)? There doesn't seem to be a valid reason.

Tier 4 visa applied without CAS latter.because couldn't get English test result on time .and apply for visa.after that submitted English test result but couldn't get CAS latter.visa refused.

I want to apply for FLRO for my family . My son studied here for class reseption to year six and he is looking forward to go in class year seven in 3 month(he is 11 year old now.)
