EEA RESIDENTS CARD HOLDER HOLIDAYS

Hi, does anyone know what countries in EU an EEA resident card holder can visit without the need for a Schengen visa.
My wife is a Philippine national holding a UK residents visa and also a EEA residents card.
but it seems very difficult to find information on this topic.
