Job Title and SOC Code mismatch

Hi,

I received a Tier 2 ( General ) visa in Oct/Nov 2013 for 3 years, valid until Oct/Nov 2016
under SOC 2135 - Systems analyst as the job description matches with my duties.
Now because of my tenure they gave me a New Job Title as "IT Manager" though my current duties still remain the same as of SOC 2135 - Systems analyst.
When i was checking the SOC codes recently, i noticed that "IT Manager" Job title is listed under a different SOC Code i.e. 2133 IT specialist managers.However my job description or duties dont match with the Job description mentioned under 2133 IT specialist managers.
So my questions please

1) As the new Job Title doesn't come under my original SOC 2135,will it be a problem even though my Job description and duties are still remain the same ?

2) Do i need to definitely revert back to the same old Job Title i.e. Systems analyst or a different Job Title but under the same SOC 2135 itself ?

3) Or will it be okay if the Employer explains to UKBA (if there is any audit done) that though the Job Title "IT Manager" is listed under a different SOC Code i.e. 2133 IT specialist managers but my current duties match with the job description matches under SOC 2135 and IT Manager job title is just a Seniority recognition for my Tenure and Job Title Systems analyst ?

4) Will i have a problem both now and later during extension please ?

My friend was a product manager who have different soc code because bis title changed from product analyst 2133 however responsibilities were same at the time of extension he still used same soc code and mentioned new job title and he got the visa. Please use exactly same responsibilities and all should be ok.
