MN1 AND AN Application form questions - Difficult situation

I'm ready to apply for Naturalization next month after 1yr ILR/ Tier1 and 6 years residency. Also planning to register my child who's born outside the UK but hold ILR at same time.

the problem is his mother (ILR Same time) has a pending fraud case pending (suspect ONLY!!) but no convection or court hearing.

I'm so worried if this need to be addressed at my son's MN1 application, and what affect this may have on approving the application


please admin/guru help
