Supporting documents for Baby born in India

Post by rtripura » Thu May 26, 2016 11:26 am

Hello,

I am trying to apply for a Settlement Visa for my baby who is born in India and I need to find out what documents I need to provide.

I am a full time employee in UK (not contractor) and currently holding a British Nationality. I applied for the passport but I haven't got it, still under process. My wife is still in ILR.

Can I use my British Citizenship certificate as a supporting document instead of Passport? Also please provide the list of docs to be submitted.

I believe the above certificate I need to submit is just a copy of it not original?

Could you please guide me in this.

Many Thanks,
Raghava
