Urgent TOIEC

Dear All

Could any help regarding TOIEC update after judgement made by President Mc closky in favour of students as I got my appeal in end of July .

Shall that cited in all of toiec cases
Or
Any body have hearing after that judgement

Please reply ASAP.

Members are still reporting calls to interview and various visa refusals (in the area of TOEIC) despite the above.

btw its TOEIC - another variation of the old "i" before "e" rule.

We also had a report on the forum this week from a student whose solicitor was sent a CD by the HO of his voice recording during the test. His voice matched, but obviously not all will.

I have no connection to the TOIEC scandal. But if the voices (clearly) do not match then they should be kicked out of the country, no? The big and bad issue is they seemed to just kick anyone who did a TOIEC at certain period/time which is inherently unfair.
