Visiting France

Post by params0073 » Fri May 27, 2016 9:56 am

Hi,
I have to question regarding the French visa requirement. I am going to visit my
brother in law in France and I am a British neutralized citizen as well my kids.
Now the issue is my wife is on ILR with Indian passport so I was just wondering the
can she come with us (Pursuant to the Directive 2004/38) without applying for Schengen visa ?

Thanks
Param

No, your wife will need to apply for a Schengen visa.
