Post by Ange678 » Fri May 27, 2016 9:50 pm

Hi all,

Here's my situation and hope someone help me ..

Next week i am going to apply for extension of my spouse visa
Unfortunately today the company i work for decided to get rid of me because they don't need my job anymore...
My husband also stopped working last week as he was thinking about starting his own company and now both of us have no job for moment...
Well i am sure i am going to have another job at the end of this month...
Problem do i still can apply for my visa in the next week?
As we both have evidence of the last payment of may from our jobs ?
Please i need some help as i am so worried i am going to loss my family because of this...

My understanding is that it's mandatory to submit the last 6 months pay slips and the corresponding bank statements, but for FLR(M) you aren't required to submit an employer's letter confirming ongoing employment. Are you intending to apply in person at the PSC, where the application is generally decided on the same day?
