NHS REFUND PROCEDURE

Post by deep_1982 » Fri May 27, 2016 10:12 pm

hi, i have shifted in the UK on tier 2 visa with my son and husband in November.I have three-year residence permit so when I came from India I had pay NHS for three years of all of us.Now I am not working here because my company cancelled my sponsorship and I could not find any other employer so now I am on curtailment period for two months. Now I want to ask about NHS refund procedure.I also sent a letter to Home Office regarding NHS refund process but they didn't get any response. We came on 24 November 2015 and going back on 17 July 2016 so I paid three-year NHS amount and going back in 9 months so it supposed to be money back of rest of time. If u have any suggestion Please let me know.
