I am following this forum from last couple of months but didn't find what i am looking for or maybe i am not good searching for already posts like mine.
I was married to a british citizen it was a love marriage here but didn't last longer. but i got my naturalization and british passport couple of years ago. i got married in pakistan again and move to ireland and started working here. i want to apply for my wife's spouse visa for ireland as i didn't want to go through UK visa hassles and financial requirements.
Its over 6 months now i am here in ireland but waiting for my baby to be born in pakistan.I have PPS number, health insurance , flat bank account some saving.
can i still apply as european citizens exercising treaty rights in ireland for my wife? i have some savings too to show and i have western union receipts the money i send to my wife?
