Enter UK after Tier 2 start date

Hi all, I just switched my Tier 4 visa to Tier 2 visa. The start date for my Tier 2 visa is 1st August. But I will leave for a conference at the end of July and back to uk in 15th August. So I just want to know is there any problem if I am back to uk after the start date of my Tier 2 visa. Thank you all!!!

I guess in that case, your employment start date will be around 15 Aug. Two points to take care - Ask your employer to update the SMS on your employment start date. Also, you should have your new Tier 2 BRP with you before you travel. You will not be able to enter on your old Tier 4 visa.
