Need Help I am worried

Post by faisalove » Tue May 31, 2016 4:02 am

Dear all

I hope everyone is good ...

My story is i have came to the UK on sep 2009 as Student Visitor.
I have applied for another visa on 2010 and got it ... in 2011 the revolution started in my country Libya so based on the situation at that time i have overstayed 2 weeks but i have applied for tier 4 visa in the UK and i got it as well ... everything then everything started money problems couldn't pay my fees thats effected my studies but i have done everything i could and i struggled. then in 2012 my mother had cancer and doctors give her only 2 years ... she passed late 2014 i couldn't focus on my studies i couldn't do much . i can't go back to Libya as the war is still going on ...
i have applied for FLR visa 2 years and half by a lawyer.
i have got my bio 3 weeks after i have applied and done it and now i am still waiting ... what do you think ?? i have asked for a chance to do my degree and finish my studies I don't have any initiation to stay here for good ... as soon as the situation is good i will go back ...

what do you think will happen and as from what i am reading here a lot off people got refused ...
