Yes we are married and booked a holiday to spain, which he wont need a visa as we traveling together.

Iam in same situation as you. Bzc my pr refused the reason was my EEA partner didn't work for 2 years.please can u tell me what documents did u submitted with your application. Bcz iam myself will apply for another eea2.
