Coming back to UK when deported

Hi.my girlfriend was deported from uk for breaking law. And she got letter saying she can come back to uk after 12 months. What would happen if she tried to enter uk before 12 months. Would they just not let her in or there would be more serious consequences?

And another question can she go to ireland and live there as far as i know ireland does not belong to uk.

Ireland and UK naturally share such data and immigration histories as part of the CTA.

Need more info. She'll not be let in anywhere without a visa.
