Requirements for applying T1 Entreprene Visa

Hi all,
Can you please guide me in the following?
I was on a student visa from 2009 to 2010 and did my Masters in Applied Linguistics;
Then I got PSW for two years;
Then I got work permit i.e. T2 general and now that I have been on work permit for 3 years and 3 months, I want to apply for T1 Entrepreneur visa.
Please guide me what are the requirements? Can I go for the £50000 route?

no any Tier 2 general holder can only go for £200000 route only
check guidance
