Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa (200 K Route)

Hi,

Could some please enlighten me whether I can apply for Tier 1 E visa taking someone who is British National as a partner. So, in this case I need to show (£100 K) available in my bank account. Is this correct ?

Or even if you have British partner you need to show (£ 200 K).

Can someone please assist me.

Obviously you can have a British business partner but such a person cannot become your Tier 1E team member. You can only apply for Tier 1E visa and share your investment with a non-EU applicant as your team member, so you need to have access to min 200K on your own

Thanks for the reply. So in this case I will invest (200 K) and the British National will be my partenr. Now what I understand that all the criteria which is needed to fullfill the Tier 1 E Visa will not be applicable ? E.g. Do I need business plan as I will join the existing business.

What are the documents my partner need to submit with my application.

Please understand that you need to include ALL the required documents to support your application including a business plan even if you are joining an existing business. Your British partner will NOT be connected in any shape or form to your visa application. You two can be business partners from legal stand point but from immigration point of view, it is irrelevant to your Tier 1E application.
You are solely responsible to secure a visa and provide ALL the documentary evidence to support your own application.
