HI All i am preparing extension application and have got few questions about application form, please share your views. sorry for long topic.

HOW CAN ACCOMODATE MY 3 EMPLOYEES IN THE ABOVE TABLE IF ONE HAS WORKED 10 MONTHS FULL TIME AND THEN 4 MONTHS PART TIME. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE HAS WORKED PART TIME FOR 16 MONTHS AND THIRD EMPLOYEE WORKED 1 MONTH PART TIME AND THEN FOLLOWED BY 6 MONTHS FULL TIIME.


(2) You must provide the Points Based System reference number of the other entrepreneurial
team member if he/she is a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant.

WHERE CAN I FIND YHIS REFERENCE NUMBER?


(3) Were any of these investment funds shown as part of your successful application for
your last grant of leave?
Yes all of the funds were shown in the previous application. Go to part L

No none of the funds were shown in the previous application. Go to K6

WHICH ONE SHALL I TICK ? WE HAD SHOWN 50K ABROAD FOR INITIAL APPLICATION.


(4) N1. Real Time Information was introduced by HMRC in April 2013 that required employers
to comply with PAYE regulations by sending Full Payment Submissions to HMRC in ‘Real
Time’. What date did you begin submitting Real Time information to HMRC?

WHAT DATE SHALL I WRITE HERE? CAN I PUT THE START DATE OF FIRST EMPLOYEE WORKING FOR US OR HOW DO I FIND THIS DATE ?


(5) AND FINALLY ITS ASKING FOR COMPANIES HOUSE CAR AND FILING HISTORY AT FEW PLACES SHALL WE PROVIDE IT ONE COPY OF IT OR MORE THAN ONE ??

you can choose K6 because you showed at fund oversea, cause you have not invested that funds in your initial application.

No, it is better to ask your accountant if you have any, cause the accountant knows what date they start RTIs.

Yes, go the companies house website and print it for free, you can also order from them which cost 4 pounds.

this is the table provided in the application and my situation is
EMPLOYEE 1: 10 months Full time then 4 months part time
Employee 2 : 16 months part time
EMPLOYEE 3 : 1 month part time and then 6 Months full time

so if i claim employee 1 for job 1 how do mention ? shall i write in same table both his part time & full time or his part time period in one table and Full time period in another table. also for job 2 which will be combined by employee 2 and 3 do i mention them in one table or separate table


and finally my question about CAR and Filing history was do we have to provide only one copy or 3 ( as its mentioned at 3 places in the form ).................Thanks in advance

in the form there is a table about jobs creation and am confused how to mention my employees there.

How do i write them in the table, for one employee who has been part and full time how can i write in one table ?
