SA302 for spouse visa financial requirement

I would like to sponsor my wife and one child from Pakistan. and my SA302 show as below ,just want to know do i fulfill financial requirement.

income received ( before tax taken off)

pay from all employment 7100.00
profit from uk land and property 3565.00
divident from uk comapnies 12092.00
Total income received 22757.00

minus
minus personal allowance 10600.00

Total income on which tax is due 12157.00


This is exact calculation of my SA302, im only director of limited company. and would like expert opinion
to sponsor wife and one child.

So you had no business expenses?

Did you make over 18600 after business expenses? If so, you do meet the requirement.

Yes i made profit £22750 after all business expense and then paid tax nearly 5k on profit.
