Tier 2 General DEpendant Child Query

Post by himanshushekhar1 » Sun Jun 05, 2016 11:07 am

Hi,
I have applied for my son visa under tier 2 general dependent child along with my wife on 20 May 2016. Their intended date of travel was 06-Aug-2016. Visa decision was received and there was an error in my son visa 30 day vigenette issued. The vigenette has been given from 25-May-2016 till 24-June-2016.

I have following Question if someone can provide any pointers .

1) How to get the vigenette corrected ??
2) I am in London so can i collect my son's BRP card as it is available for collection . Because they will be travelling to london with me only and at that time i will have BRP ( if collected successfully)

Please guide me through how to come across the situation.

Regards,
Himanshu

Hi Himansu,
I may not be able to answer your questions but I have some questions. I thought you can answer because you have already applied and go the visa for your dependants.

I am applying for dependent visa for my wife and my son soon.
Do i need to submit two separate set of documents? if so how can I submit original documents for both of them for ex: rental agreement.
For child what documents are mandatory, I have seen the all over most of the posts mention about spouse but not particularly for child.

immediate help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
-Umasankar
