Successful ILR application with only 3 months salary £35000

Hi,

Is there anyone on this forum please who was on Tier 2 General and applied for ILR on the basis of the required £35,000 annual salary and that salary was only increased just a month or a couple of months before the ILR application was made?

For example the normal salary was around £25,000 for 4 years and 8 months and it was raised to £35,000 just in the last 3 months before the application was made so that the income criteria could be met.

It will provide reassurance to many people if they got the application approved.
