Passport - countersignatory

Post by anniecc » Mon Jun 06, 2016 9:32 am

I have completed the online passport application and now just need to do the declaration form.

My countersignatory is someone who has a knighthood - so he qualifies as a 'person with honours'. What should he write in the box which says 'Profession/professional qualificaitons/position or standing in the community'?

I suggest 'person with honours'.

Thanks. His occupation is not on the list of approved professions, so I was a bit worried it wouldn't be clear how he met the criteria if he wrote that.
