FPN after AN application

Post by goingbrit » Mon Jun 06, 2016 10:27 am

Hello,

I applied for naturalisation in April, and submitted my biometrics a couple of weeks ago. I have just received a FPN for speeding (36mph in a 30mph zone). I know that FPNs are usually not taken into account, but the AN form says "Fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets) must be disclosed, although will not normally be taken into account unless ...". I'm guessing this means that I should let the HO know about this at this stage - can someone tell me how to do this? Should I write a letter (if so, what address should I send it to)? Is there an email contact I can use?

Please note that I have just received the FPN, so will need to send the form back to figure out whether there will be a penalty or a course I will be required to go on.

Any help would be much suggested (this AN application is turning out to be nightmare, as you will see from my previous post!).
