Change of circumstances

Post by ocean erwee » Mon Jun 06, 2016 11:29 am

Good Day.

I need some help please.

I am the none EU family member. My wife and my 3 sons have Hungarian passports. We arrived in the UK on the 11Feb 2016. I have a EEA family permit and found employment the first month in the UK.

My wife had to wait before she could start looking for work as she had to find the kids schools etc.

I had to apply for the EEA2 as my employer wanted me to do it asap, so that they can make my employment contract permanent.

My wife in the meanwhile have applied for a lot of different vacancies, but did not have work when I submitted my application. So we did it under the job seekers section.

My application is still at the HO but my wife have found permanent employment. What form do I need to fill in to show the change of circumstance and how do I do it?

Thank you
Ocin

There is no form for such changes.

Suggest writing a brief letter explaining the change and crossreferencing any HO reference number you may have.
- or else include full identifying information (name, address, DOB, date of original application etc).

Keep a copy of letter for your own reference.
