Tier 1 General - Tax rectified

Post by shero » Mon Jun 06, 2016 3:00 pm

Hello Everybody

I have revised my tax returns which have been rectified. I am ready to apply but want to ask suggestion about this. Actually I am slacking only 42 days to qualify 10 years long residency. My Tier 1 Gen case is ready to apply but just wan to ask which option I have to take (Tier 1 Gen or 10 years). Keeping in view the present trend where HO zero percent tolerance on Amendments what do I need to do, please advise.
Thanks
Regards

On both way (t1/LoR to ILR) same check will be applied about current tier-1 status.

I think there is different like in T1 the qualifying criteria is earning and they asking the reason for amendments and refusing without any justification. While in LoR they will only check the compliance which has been accomplished accordingly. please advise......

The above advice is correct. The same checks are now undertaken for LR applications.

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
