Accelerate ILR after extension

just a quick question about the accelerate ILR

does this apply after our extension? Now I have 7 staff working for my business, but according to the new guidance, we are not eligible to apply accelerate ILR, but if after extension, we reach 10 separately jobs for 12 months, can we still apply accelerate ILR?

otherwise, we still need to wait until 5 years?

Yes you can apply as long as 10 jobs that you created last for at least 12 months during your last grant of leave, that is during your extension period.
