Complex Letter Tier 2 Change of Employer

Hello,

Tier 2 Change of Employer within UK. Applied by standard post in February 2016. Received complex letter in March 2016.

Any suggestions to speed up the process? Employer ready to pay. Is Lawyer route the only way?
