am I eligible for GMC registration without PLAB test

I am a British Passport holder with primary medical qualification from MOSCOW .Currently I am residing in india and registered with Indian Medical Council (IMC).I have gone through GMC websites and found that there are routes to get registered with GMC without taking PLAB.I am tring to achieve. this by filling EPS 2 form.Please clarify,is it possible?

Equivalence of medical qualifications for the purpose of practicing medicine is not really an immigration question. You may want to find other forums online to answer that specific question.
